1200 mg of calcium, 400 IU of vitamin D3, 100 mg of magnesium plus four other bone fortifying minerals important for healthy bone formation in just two tablets a day. You can take citrate calcium on an empty stomach or with food. You should follow all the directions on the product package, or take it as directed by your doctor. To maximize your stamina of calcium, take no more than 500 mg at a time. You can take one 500 mg supplement in the morning and another at night. Please do not chew
or swallow the tablet. If you are on a chewable product, chew it well before swallowing. If you are taking the effervescent tablet, let the tablet fully dissolve in a glass of water before drinking it.
For the Caltrate 600+D capsule, take two mini tablets once daily with food or as directed by your physician. What is the side effect of Caltrate?

Overdosed:
