NOW Foods Omega-3 Fish Oil 1000mg 100 Softgels costs ৳2,890 in Bangladesh. It is in stock and ships cash on delivery nationwide from AgroFoodShop. It was previously ৳3,550.
Once you bring this bottle home, store it in a cool dry cupboard away from heat and sunlight. Keep the cap on tight between each time you take a softgel out. Our family finds one bottle lasts several months when we take it every day.
Most families in our neighbourhood take one softgel daily with a meal or glass of water. A hundred softgels in one bottle means one bottle covers a whole season. We usually keep one bottle on hand and buy the next one ahead of time.
When the package reaches your door, open it carefully and look at the bottle straightaway. Make sure the seal looks unbroken and the softgels inside look even in colour with no damage. If anything looks wrong, let us know before you open it.
A bottle of one hundred softgels at one thousand milligrams each suits most families who want to try this supplement. If your whole family takes one daily, a larger pack might save money over time. Smaller packs work if you are just starting out or want to test it first.

Keep the bottle in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct sunlight and heat. Always cap it tightly after taking out a softgel. Stored this way, it stays fresh for many months.
One bottle of one hundred softgels lasts about three months if one person takes one softgel daily. If multiple family members use it, you may need more bottles per year.
