Health Paradise Organic instant Rolled Oats costs ৳790 in Bangladesh. It is in stock and ships cash on delivery nationwide from AgroFoodShop. It was previously ৳1,250.
When your oats arrive, find a cool dry cupboard away from your cooking stove. After you open the packet, tip the flakes into a container with a tight lid right away. Our family keeps ours next to the flour and pulses, where air cannot get in easily. Once opened, the oats will stay good for several weeks if you keep moisture out.
Most families in our neighbourhood use a small bowl or two of oats each morning for breakfast. Some days we make warm porridge, other days we mix it into yoghurt or milk without cooking. A packet lasts one person eating oats most mornings for about four to five weeks. Larger families who all eat oats go through a packet much faster, sometimes in two weeks.
These are instant rolled oats, which means no waiting around in the morning before the children leave for school. Simply pour hot water or milk over them and they soften in minutes. The flat rolled shape cooks much faster than the thicker oat grains your grandmother used. No fussing with pots and pans when you are busy getting everyone ready.
When the packet reaches your door, open it straight away and have a look at what is inside. The oats should look pale golden and smell fresh, like grain. Make sure the packet seal was not broken during its journey to you. If anything looks wrong, contact us before you use the oats so we can help you right away.
Health Paradise Organic instant Rolled Oats
Move the oats into an airtight container on the same day you open the packet. Store it in a cool, dry cupboard away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep the lid sealed tight between each use so moisture does not spoil the oats.
If you keep the opened oats in an airtight container away from moisture and heat, they will stay good for several weeks. Once you notice the oats becoming clumpy or smelling stale, it is time to finish the packet or get a new one.
One packet lasts one person eating oats most mornings for about four to five weeks. A family of four where everyone eats oats twice a week will need about two packets each month. The amount depends on how many people eat oats and how often they do.
These instant rolled oats contain no artificial flavours or colours and are made from organic grain. Many families in our neighbourhood give oats to their children mixed with milk, yoghurt, or fruit. You may serve them to your children as part of breakfast, following your own family's choices about food.
The price for this packet is shown on this page where you are reading now. The delivery charge depends on where you live in Bangladesh and which delivery option you choose at checkout. Both amounts will show clearly before you pay.
