কালোজিরার মধু-২৫০ গ্রাম
ইসলামের দৃষ্টিতে রাসূল (সা.)-এর যুগ থেকেই মুসলমানগণ কালোজিরার ব্যাপারে গুরুত্ব প্রদান করে আসছেন। এ ব্যাপারে একটি হাদিস তাদেরকে উৎসাহিত করেছে। হাদিসে এসেছে রাসূল (সা.) বলেছেন, তোমরা কালোজিরার ব্যাপারে গুরুত্ব প্রদান করো। কেননা তাতে মৃত্যু ব্যতীত সব রোগের নিরাময় রয়েছে। সহি বুখারি। কালোজিরার ভেষজ ব্যবহার : * নিদ্রাহীনতায় : মধু মেশানো এক গ্লাস গরম দুধের সাথে এক চামচ কালোজিরা মিশিয়ে ঘুমের পূর্বে সেবন করতে হবে। এতে করে অনিদ্রা দূর হয়ে প্রচুর ঘুম হবে। * মাথা ব্যথায় : পরিমাণ মতো কালোজিরার চূর্ণ এবং তার অর্ধেক পরিমাণ গরম লবঙ্গ এবং অর্ধেক পরিমাণ মৌরিফল এক সাথে মিশিয়ে মাথা ব্যথার সময় ননিযুক্ত দুধের সাথে সেবন করতে হবে। আর কালোজিরার তৈল দ্বারা যন্ত্রণার স্থানে ডলে মালিশ করলে উপকার পাওয়া যায়। * যৌবন ধরে রাখতে ও লাবণ্যের জন্য : কোমল কালোজিরা পাতলা সিরকা এবং এক চামচ পরিমাণ গমের গুঁড়া মেশাতে হবে। এই মিশ্রণ সন্ধ্যা বেলায় মুখম-লে মালিশ করবে এবং সকালে গরম পানি ও সাবান দিয়ে ধুয়ে ফেলবে। এক সপ্তাহ প্রতিদিন একাধিকবার তা করবে। আরো ভালো ফল পাওয়া যাবে যদি উষ্ণ পানীয় সহযোগে কালোজিরার তেল সেবন করা যায়। মধু : কুরআনের আলোকে-‘আর মৌমাছির পেট থেকে বিভিন্ন রঙের পানি নির্গত হয়, যা মানুষের জন্য রয়েছে রোগের প্রতিকার।’ সূরা নাহল : ৬৯। হাদিসের আলোকে-হজরত আবদুল্লাহ ইবনে আব্বাস (রা.) বলেন, রাসূল (সা.) বলেছেন, কুরআন হলো যেকোনো আত্মিক রোগের জন্য আর মধু হলো দৈহিক রোগের জন্য। ইবনে মাজাহ। মধুর ব্যবহার : মিষ্টিস্বাদের জন্য বিভিন্ন খাবারের সাথে মধুর ব্যবহার রয়েছে। মধুর গুরুত্ব ও উপকারিতা সম্পর্কে আমরা সকলেই অবগত। সকালের নাশতা ও হালকা খাবারে মধু নেয়া যায়। মধুতে ক্যালরি থাকায় মধু খাওয়ার পর শরীরের তাপমাত্রা বৃদ্ধি পায়। এ প্রোটিন দেহের গঠন বৃদ্ধি সাধ্ম ও ক্ষয় পূরণে যথেষ্ট কার্যকর। মধুর ম্যাগনেশিয়া ও ফসফরাস শরীরের হাড় গঠনে সহায়ক। মধুর ক্যালসিয়াম ও পটাশিয়াম হৃৎপি-কে সচল রাখতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করে এবং বিভিন্ন এসিড পাকস্থলির বিভিন্ন জৈবিকক্রিয়ার ফলে রোগ প্রতিরোধ করে। মধুতে শক্তিশালী জীবাণুনাশক ক্ষমতা রয়েছে, যার নাম ইনহিবিন। আয়ুর্বেদিক চিকিৎসা শাস্ত্রেও মধুর বহুল ব্যবহার হয়। যেকোনও ওষুধকে বেশি প্রভাবশালী ও কার্যকরী করার জন্য মধুর ব্যবহার করা হয়ে থাকে। বিভিন্ন রোগে মধু ওষুধ হিসেবে ব্যবহার করা হয়। যেমন- *যৌনশক্তি বৃদ্ধিতে মধু : দৈহিক ও যৌনশক্তি বৃদ্ধির জন্য মধু গরম দুধের সাথে পান করলে খুবই ভালো ফল পাওয়া যায়। প্রতিদিন কালোজিরা মধু দিয়ে চিবিয়ে খেলে বা দৈনিক দুই চামচ আদার রস মধু দিয়ে খেলে প্রচুর পরিমাণে যৌনশক্তি বৃদ্ধি করে। * পোড়া : শরীরে কোথাও পুড়ে গেলে সামান্য মধু, মেহেদী পাতার সঙ্গে বেটে লাগালে এতে পোড়াজনিত জ্বালা ও কষ্ট লাগব হয়। * কোষ্ঠ কাঠিন্য : এক গ্লাস হালকা গরম পানিতে এক চামচ লেবু ও এক চামচ আদার রস এবং দু’চামচ মধু মিশিয়ে খেলে অজীর্ণ রোগ দূর হয় ও কোষ্ঠ কাঠিন্য প্রশমিত হয়। * রক্তচাপ : দু’চামচ মধুতে এক চামচ লেবুর রস মিশিয়ে প্রতিদিন সকালে ও রাতে সেবন করলে রক্ত চাপ স্বাভাবিক হয়ে যায়। * কাশি : আদা, পান, তুলসীর রসের সঙ্গে মধু মিশিয়ে দিনে দু’তিন বার খেলে কাশি কমে যায়। *দাঁতের ব্যথা : হঠাৎ যদি দাঁতে ব্যথা অনুভূত হয় তাহলে মধুতে তুলা ভিজিয়ে ব্যথার স্থানে রাখলে ব্যথা কমে যাবে। রূপচর্চায় মধু ব্যবহার : দীর্ঘকালের মুখের দাগ তুলতে ও লাবণ্য মসৃণতায় মধু মেখে উপকার পাওয়া যায়। পরিশ্রম ও গরমে ক্লান্ত অবসন্ন হয়ে পড়লে ঠা-া পানির সাথে লেবুর রস মিশ্রিত মধুর শরবত পান করলে দেহে উদ্যম ও সজীবতা ফিরে আসে। বিভিন্ন ওষুধ প্রস্তুতে মধুর রয়েছে ব্যাপক ব্যবহার। মোট কথা কালোজিরা ও মধুর উপকারিতার শেষ বা সীমা নেই। কালোজিরা ও মধু আল্লাহ প্রদত্ত এক বিশেষ নিয়ামত।
